Marine Fabrication and Heavy Engineering

We manage an exhaustive range of Marine Fabrication work to repair ship hulls, replace damaged structural components, renewal and repairs of tanks pipe line and other jobs relating to mild steel [M.S] and stainless steel [S.S]. We are fully equipped to service all Heavy Engineering works required to get ships in sailing condition with post-service quality assurance and fastest turnaround. Engines /Generators

We also extend our expertise to maintenance /O/H and operations of internal combustion engines of variable speeds and fuel such as diesel, petrol, and high speed kerosene. We execute repair jobs on turbo charges of engines. Our efficient fuel injection service center services calibration of fuel pumps and fuel injectors.

Gearbox / Hydraulics / Compressors

Our versatile deliverables encompass jobs on gear boxes connected to the engines, as well as accessories such as lube oil pumps, air compressors and hydraulic systems. More significantly, we have developed skills of maintenance of fiber glass boats where the damage to the body and the hull of the boats have been serviced to the satisfaction of the class surveyors. We have also carried out alignment of propeller shaft and rudder for small passenger craft.

Electricals

Electricals include rewinding of [A.C] and [D.C] motors, repairs of automatic voltage regulators [A.V.R] and also specialized service of automatic crane microchips.

Surface preparation

We specialize in surface preparation, our team of skilled sand blasters using sand / copper slag of any iron pellets depending on our clients requirements. Our scaffolding engineers are level 2/3 qualified and can carry out staging and rigging of scaffolding to carry out various jobs in dry dock/ factories/ plants etc., we have hydro jet blasters to carry out jet blasting of scaling on ship side in dry dock.
